Shantel went above and beyond. I had asked for her to meet a deadline that was w/in the end of the shipping range. She had responded she could & actually started my order over the wknd before I even saw her response to purchase. Then when my husband wanted something slightly different, I was mortified to hear that she had started the order. She said no problem I can make that adjustment for you. She even recommended a complimentary item (that she had to go out the next day to get more materials to make) & got everything to me on time & shipped well. She sent all the materials to attach with instructions so nothing got damaged during transit. While at first I was bummed I had to put things together it was so simple besides she started it for you & left instructions. They all turned out exceptional & were a big hit @ the party!

The Sesame Street center pieces were a hit at my daughter second birthday party! Shop owner was very responsive and sweet. I would recommend to anyone that asks.
